We have DataCad X3, and had to reload it after a computer crash. It was reloaded and updated, and now the Alt-Z key combo takes us to the Change Scale menu instead of the Change Text menu. How do we get Alt-Z back to the Change Text?

You need to edit the DcadWin.mcr file:

Code: Select allZ^170#^$^;^F0^S8^S2^F1^$^
//Change\Text\Contents

The second line with the // is the comment line. Note that this will edit text attributes the first time you invoke it, as well as let you edit text contents multiple times.
