Sorry I did not make myself clear. It is when you go to edit a clip cube there is an info box at the bottom which causes everything to show up when you go to make an edit. It seems to appear every time I go to edit a clip cube and I was wondering if there was a way to keep it turned off as it just turns the clip cube in to a cluster mess.
The base drawings have other clip cubes within the drawing. When I go to edit in another drawing every clip cup in the base drawing then appears blocking out the one I am trying to edit.[attachment=0]clip cube after going to edit.

The xref are not on a locked layer and it is done in 2d. I used clip cubes of exterior walls on 4 different building cross sections. This does not happen when I bring in the xref and clip it initially, only when I go to create a new clip cube or edit the existing one.
Enable x-clip, x-slip, nesting and dynamic snapping are turned on. When I go to edit the clip cube every xref that it is associated with shows the base drawing shows up(two different drawings). The base drawing has multiple cross sections on it some with x-clips. The only way I seem to get to edit it is to make a new clip cube.
I solved the problem of editing a clip cube and having multiple clip cubes from the base drawing showing up once you click on edit. Right click and go to xref and click off nesting.
