What features would you like to see added to a future version of DataCAD?

Hello,

There is a frequent problem when importing AutoCAD drawings: Dimension sizes (text, dimensions & arrows) can be much bigger (or much smaller) then the actual drawing scale.
This is way current when the drawing scales are different among designers, like when both uses different scale units (meter X inch), or when a drawing was created in the 'meter' unit and must be converted into the 'millimeter' scale type.

In all the cases several changes on dimensions are required.

The Dimension 'Styles' received very interesting improvements on recent DataCAD releases and could be enhanced a little more:

Would be possible to add an option in the menu "Dimension/Changes": "To Style" ?

This would save a lot of mistakes and improve to making very quick the dimension edition. Today you must adjust the individual dim styles you want to change, at text, dim & arrow style sets.
It is not very handy to make it now.

Thanks,
Miguel

Maybe also have it in F0 Change, S5 DimStyle? Probable going to need this with the new individual dim styles anyway huh?

Sure Josh.

IMHO, today there is no reason for not being able to change 'Dimension' settings from inside [Change] menu.

Thanks,
Miguel

I would like to be able to Ctrl/right click on a dimension and change its settings. Particularly things like aspect, text location, offset, etc. Hopefully this will be one ot the enhancements in 12.

Hope you are touching Dave's hearth. This comes around the 'Entity Properties Editor' as announced for V. 12.
Will be really great.
