Add the ability to select any covered polyline, slab, hatch and ctrl-right click to turn on/off Knock out.

That's okay Mark. When you posted, I thought to myself that I had already added it. But, I had to actually run DataCAD to make sure that it was in the current version.

...and I had to open DataCAD to see it there for myself even though I'd 'looked' several times before!
