Export Auto 3d walls to DWG format and retain Z heights of 3d walls doors and windows.
Currently it appears that Z heights revert to 2d in the translation to DWG even with "Decompose 3d entities as 3d faces" toggled on.

You need to make sure that "Smart Entity Export-Auto Extract to 3D" is checked on the DXF/DWG tab of Program Preferences. There is a similar setting for Smart Symbol Export too.

Basically you can force the 2D or 3D to export to DWG. This setting also affects export to SketchUp.
