Add the ability/option to cut and paste smart walls (including their doors/windows etc.) and when pasting add the option to paste the data at:

a) z-base of the original entities (default)

b) current z-base of the active layer,

c) user specified z-base.

This will allow entities from one level in a building to be cut and paste to another level of a building without having to move the entities up/down or change their z-b/z-h to match the new floor level.
