I'd like to wish that Dave ('Mr. Wizard') G. could add "Layer Color" to the Copy/Paste command (Ctrl-E, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V) since we can already paste to the active layer (so that it's similar to the Move/To Layer/Layer Color command).
