I think it would be really useful if KnockOuts were enhanced in two ways:

1. KnockOut drawing scale option in ini: allow the Knockout scale to be based in the drawing scale (+/- inches or millimeters) instead of based on a percentage of the entity's size. It also be a KnockOut "offset" and not have separate X & Y values. KnockOut offset could then be added to entities that scale currently is not, like polylines.
2. Line knockout: with the new KnockOut scale set to drawing scale it would be nice to be able to apply knockouts to lines so that there was a "halo" around them. I actually prefer this for smart arrows so that I could have a knockout that was not only bigger than the arrowhead, but also the leader line.
