In 3-line walls, I really wish I could put the centreline where I want it - which is usually something other than centre.

with smart walls you can put it where ever you want.

You might be able to use a 4-line wall where the inner lines are coincident and you enter them by center of cavity.

I've been wishing for this ever since Eric brought out RBTools, or at least since 3-line walls came out.

Inner 450, cavity 0, Outer 120 I can't believe I never thought of that. Eaves and gutter lines laid out in one go.
