I apologize if someone has already suggested this...
How about being able to move dimension points using Stretch-Dynamic?

You can [Ctrl]+[right-click] on an associative dimension, and then use "Relocate" to dynamically reposition the dimension.

Sorry, I meant the anchor points of the extension lines (t'other side from the dimension line), say from one corner of the building to another, much like the endpoints of a smart arrow can be refocused.
