Cap Locks

I would like an ini setting that allowed for ignoring of the cap lock setting when scrolling through keys such as the "q" and "k" and tab. I get lots of little oopsies with that, even after more than twenty five years.
One other minor request would be to put the dashed line next to the solid line in the list. I don't know when the last time that I used the dotted line was, but dashed lines are a common type for me.
Thanks much,
Woody

Who uses a "Dotted" line?
In all the years I've worked in architectural offices in the Philadelphia and Princeton areas, we've always colloquially-called the Dashed-line, "Dotted", from back in the days of manual drafting.
After over 20-years using Datacad, I still get occasionally tripped-up in the nomenclature.

For a few items, I do use it.
