Having the facility to identify a 3D marker or snapping point and assigning the level of it to the drawing

In other words, selecting the snapping point and have the option "To Drawing" indicating the height of the snapping point

Maybe add Z-Height and Z-Base options to the measure menu that has a To Drawing option once something is picked that reports back the entities max ZBase or Height?
