Presently we can turn entities off by using Layer / Match and then picking an entity on the screen to turn the layer off.

Add the option to allow multiple selections then pick either Remain ON or Turn OFF. On drawings with lots of layers and drawing entities where you can't always remember which entities are on what layer in the LM it would provide more flexibility to be able to preselect the entities in the drawing window then make the selection on whether they are to remain on (active only) or be turned off leaving the unselected entities on.

...also add the ability to print the current view window of a MVW.
