Add to Polyline menu Knockout, so when creating a Polyline, you can set Knock out On, instead of creating one, then having to change the setting aftewards.

The KnockOut option is available within the Curves menu, and its setting is applied to all closed curves (Polylines included). Arcs are implied to be closed if a KnockOut is applied.

Add to Reference Manager a "Update GoToView" similar to Layer Manager.
So when I change layers on/off while working in a view, I can easily update the GTV.
