It's becoming more of a requirement with certain clients and government agencies to bind all images (along with xrefs) into a single export DWG file. DataCAD can handle the xrefs but lacks the ability to include the image files (unless I'm missing the how-to?). The resultant DWG just shows a polyline outline.
