When opening an Xref'd file (using Ctrl-right click) it
would be beneficial sometimes to be able to open it with
the same layers on as are showing in the Xref. Yes, I
could then go to the same GTV, but sometimes there are
too many GTV's to do this quickly, or the Xref might be
inserted with a layer configuration that doesn't even
match a GTV.
This would be helpful for the times that errors are
noticed or other quick modifications needed. Maybe this
coud be expanded to the Xref manager and an "open" option
could be added to the functions we could perform, and
this option, like bind "on" OR "off", could be there
with two smaller buttons labeled "saved" and "showing"
to open the file as it is currently saved or with its
Xref layers showing, respectively.
