Wall Hatching - lock hatch rotation
Posted: Thu Apr 02, 2020 1:14 amThere appears to be 2 options with smart wall hatching - either have the hatch a consistent direction relative to the drawing screen or set to match the wall angle. The problem arises if the smart walls are rotated 'odd' angles which results in the hatching either staying at the same angle relative to the drawing screen, or if match wall angle is on, the hatch angle is retained for each separate wall as shown below. It can also result in some walls not displaying any hatching due to the wall and hatch angles aligning.
Wishlist - add a Lock Hatch Angle so the hatch remains consistent across all walls even when the walls are rotated rather than having the hatch angle remain fixed.

Match Wall Angle deselected and walls rotated with hatch remaining fixed relative to drawing screen - would prefer the option to have the hatch also rotate with each wall
