Some of the online permitting system is now requiring each sheet to have the Sheet Name and Number in 2 fields. I see the othercad is now including that in there pdf's as bookmarks.
Can this be added to DCAD? Might take another item in the Print Sheet Menu, add a 2nd column for Name or Number

Which fields? Fields in the PDF? Do you have a link or copy of what the permitting service is specifically looking for?

If they are looking for Bookmarks specifically, PDF XChange Editor Pro's Bookmarks menu has some tools that might help in the meantime. There is a tool called 'Bookmark Every Nth Page that maybe able to use the Filename output from Datacad to create what you need.
