What such a brush tool to use in bitmaps as digital painting in the DataCAD?
Datacad is not designed for digital image editing. You will need a separate image editing application. Does this answer your question? Not sure if I understood it correctly.

For what accurately the DataCAD is assigned? Not more raytrace? Not more animation? Not more bitmaps?

In realality it's main purposes are:
- Construction/working drawings
- 3D modeling to some extent (in it's current state, more in future versions)
- Non-Photorealistic visualization via O2C.
Any major points I missed guys?
