I would like to see options such as the "And Copy" toggle have a three-way toggle instead of a setting in the Program Preferences. This could be depicted with different colors of text and varying 3D button graphics.
You would depict the button as unselected for no copy, half pressed for the current don't remember On/Off status and a full press to designate the current remember On/Off status.
This would allow quick switching of the setting on the fly without having to go into the program preferences. You could have it turned off most of the time but turn it on for the one offs as we do now, but for the occasional instance were you know you want to "And Copy" several operations in a row you could temporarily set it to remember.
