As of Datacad's current plans of making major & minor changes to the way we work, the entity types we will be using in future versions, and the snapping engine getting re-vamped, if you haven't already, I would get in touch with Datacad and see what other possible changes could interfere with your design scheme once you pick a goal.
I and others in the beta team I'm sure would like to hear some of your ideas in detail, maybe some samples of your work to get an idea of the complexity, style and get some brainstorming going. I wish you all good luck and really hope great things will come out of this
