It would be nice if the Batch Plotting function would pop up an error message saying "This file contains orphans. Do you still want to plot?" instead of just skipping the file. There are some orphans that do not show up in the orphans menu so we cannot find them and entire projects have to be plotted one sheet at a time.
Another way to do it would be to add a check box for batch plotting to allow plotting with orphans for all of the sheets you have selected.
