When you import a bitmap and rotate it, the bitmap stays the same while the binding box rotates and distorts the bitmap. It would be nice if the bitmap could rotate so we don't have to create different bitmaps for different situations.

Try putting the bitmap in a separate DataCAD file. Then xref this file into the working file. This will allow you to scale the bitmap as well as rotate it.

Another way to do this, is to make it a symbol, and then it can be rotated, as well.
