I'd like to select multiple layers from an xref in the xref manager to turn on or off the layers.

Set up GoToViews in the source file. They are available to you in the Reference File Manager of the target file.

We used to be able to hold down the Ctrl key and select layers then click the On or Off buttons below. It seems we can't currently do this anymore.

I agree this should be how it works.
