This has been getting up my nose for years
I save an image to a new layer.
I then get asked do I want it off or on?
OF COURSE I want it on BUT
What I really want is EXCLUSIVE on and ortho, so I can see what I have just done.
AND, if that was available as an extra button F7, we could then have a keyboard macro for it all. A nice icon is already there, just waiting to be used.
Wouldn't that be nice?
Why didn't I complain about this in 1993?
Now, after that rant, maybe I can write a keyboard macro that will do all this with the current shortcomings.......... No, I don't think so. We need to select the layer just created.
