I am currently using Version 10 Datacad and work with DCAL. I have a project which requires a flythrough of a model using shaded 3D images, rather than hidden lines. The idea is to assemble a sequence of images (graphic images) into a video. I cannot determine if the required features are in V12 (my demo ran out) until I get a running version of it, but my recollection is that it does not have this ability. A revised version of Viewmaster would do it if it had a shade feature as well as a hide. I have not identified any DCAl commands (new or legacy) that would manage this feature. Can anyone make suggestions? There are a lot of images and the process must be as automated as we can make it.
