I tried making a dwg file to load into Sketch-Up. The slabs were not a single entity for texturing. I had to keep doing 'pieces' of each wall. Has anyone else tried this?

When you import the file, there is a button in sketchup titled "options" open that, and then check the box for merge coplanar faces (or something like that). Hope that helps.
