HI folks,
I'm on DC12 with o2c 1.9.9.149
After raytrace has created shadows, I save image, but it creates a bmp without shadows. Is is because of low version of o2c? Does o2c interactive solve this problem. Thanks, jt

Is the Raytrace option checked at the time you save your image?

I'm not sure what you mean by "checked"? I go to object viewer... create the view I want.... click 'start raytrace' from right click menu (or on-screen 'R' button)... after I see ray trace shadows on screen, I 'save image', and create bmp file... screen view comes back on, no shadows shown on screen and no shadows on bmp file... what to do? It's in the file dialog box after you've selected Save Image that there is a checkbox marked Raytrace. Check that and save your image.
