Having trouble loading o2c interactive on my new win 7 - 64 laptop. it ask if I want to install and then hour glass for a few seconds and then stops.

any suggestion?

What is the default installation path? Is it to C:\Program Files?

Due to the older version of InstallShield that was used to create the installation program for o2c Interactive, you'll experience this long delay.

If you wait long enough, the installation process should complete.

still not working. the only big difference in this computer is the ssd cashe drive

If you have access to another computer where you can successfully install o2c Interactive, you can then copy the o2c_Interactive! folder and all of its contents to a flash drive to transfer it to your new laptop.

DataCAD and o2c Interactive do not rely on registry entries to operate.
