o2c does not save image

I have a new computer working with windows 10. My datacad version is 16. Apart from the fact that o2c does not do more raytracing .. (probably because I've updated the version of o2c unfortunately), when I click to save an image, Datacad crashes. Datacad (internal diagnostic) error 10 error from: 736. Can anyone help me?

I think DataCAD has the raytracing version of o2c available?

Thank You Neil, I solved it by re-installing datacad
