I would like to know how to package an o2c model so that it can be sent to someone else. I believe this is possible but it doesnt seem to work.
Are there other versions of o2c that are not compatible with the one supplied with DataCAD Lt 11?

All o2c models are compatible with the actual player.
Download the player for the iexplorer from:
http://www.o2c.de/download/O2CSetupOCX.exe
If you want to get another player for other browsers:
http://www.o2c.de/uk/download.htm
This should work for all generated o2c models, also LT, because there is no difference.
Maybe you must send the actual player with the o2c model.

Martell is correct - your clients will also need a copy of the free o2c Player in order to open the o2c files. You can forward the links Martell posted above for them to download and install the player.

In case you're not familiar with the process of creating an o2c file, there are two methods:

1) Open the drawing file in DataCAD and select File\Export\o2c, then enter a name and destination folder for the o2c file.

2) Open the drawing file in DataCAD and launch the Object Viewer. Right click in the Viewer window and choose Save Object, then enter a name and destination for the o2c file.
