The problem I have now is, I used to have a quick-Key set up for 1 line trim (Alt+V).
I don't know about you guys, but I use "1 line trim" ALL the time. Even more that (Alt+F) for fillet. Problem is, when I set that up on my old machine, it was so long ago, I don't remember how I did it. Now that I bought my new ASUS TUF laptop, I have tried to read a few threads here on how to set up a quick-key, or shortcut, or however you want to call it, and it is not working. Alt+V still takes me to 3D views menu.
When I open up DcadWin.MNU, I look for "1 line trim". It is line 40, and there is nothing between the "pipes". I added |Alt+V|, saved and closed, opened up DataCAD19, and held Alt +V, and it took me straight to 3D views. I go back to the DcadWin.MNU file and search for 3D views to see if Alt+V is listed prior to line 40... it's not anywhere else (besides line 40 where I put it) on the list!
What the heck am I doing wrong?
The thing that kind of erks me is, I know I can't open up DataCAD on my old laptop. I deactivated it so I could activate it on my new laptop. But I can still get into the file system on my old laptop. So I did. I opened up the DcadWin.MNU on my old laptop, and the "1 line trim" on line 40 over there doesn't have anything between the pipes EITHER!!!! How did I DO THAT ON THE OLD LAPTOP? How did I make Alt+V take me straight to 1 line trim if I didn't change the DcadWin.MNU file?

The ALT shortcut keys for A-Z come from the DCADWIN.MCR file (not MNU). If you want all your ALT same ALT+A-Z shortcut keys as your old computer, locate your old C:\DataCAD ##\Support Files\DCADWIN.MCR file, copy it to a flash drive and then paste & replace it on your new computer at same location for your current version.

Well, Imma tell ya, anyone who is reading this for the same issue, my old MCR on my old laptop looked identical to the new machine/install version.
// V^106#^S9^ // 3D views menu
They looked exactly the same in both computers. I don't understand what a "106#" is, when each step of a shortcut should be a menu stroke. I learned THAT after reading the manual about 5 times. When I finally felt confident in my understanding, I changed that line to
V^;^F9^f4
//cleanup/1 line trim

To my surprise, it worked!

Is it possible that when you de-activate a version in an old computer, the support files all revert to original?

No, it does not mess with the support files during a deactivation / activation process. Glad you got it figured out! :D
