Topic Title

I just changed to a new computer with Win 7. I have a 2GB graphic card. Data CAD loaded fine and works fine. The only problem is that as I move the courser (with cross hairs on) the cross hairs flicker a little which is driving me crazy. The monitor is a Dell 24" and worked fine with 12 when on a XP computer.
