I have that mapped to Alt+C in my datacad.mcr file. Here's the entry for Alt+C.

start
C^8#^S8^S2^F1^
//Change Text Contents

end

Hello Curt:

Here's another one that also works (I use Alt-H):

H^·^È^;^F0^S8^S2^¸^É

How about buttons guys?

Anyone an expert icon/button maker for DataCAD?

I bet there is a tutorial in the online help section of DataCAD.

I also bet you use the same method with buttons as with Quick Keys.

Good Luck!

Greg

Following is the button code I use for this.

[CHTXTCON]
Hint=Change Text Content
Icon=CHTXTCON
A=^;^F0^S8^S2

You will have to create your own icon.

I get some of my icon from google image search. Just try couple search words. right click save the file. and then open it up resize to 24x24 and save as bmp if its in another format. I can usually find some that match what I am looking for and seem to blend in better with the default buttons.
