I posted a thanks already on the Priority Service Board but it should also be brought to the attention of folks other than the 'choir'.
I had a huge problem with a file last week and tried to grind though it. It dealt with xrefs and multi layout issues, I thought an uncompressed file of 99megs a was a bit odd. Long story-short, I sent Mark Toce a copy of the drawing and in about 90 minutes he returned it fixed. I 'broke' an xref. My explanation, not Mark's.
I am so grateful for that kind of response, and thankful I subscribed to the Priority Service plan. I honestly never really thought I'd need it based on past performance of this program, but man, it saved my day, to put it politely. Naturally, it is crunch time for this project.
I honestly can't thank them enough.
