I am trying to create 3D model of a site. At first I tried to use the TIN command. However, I find that I get some of the spot heights connecting when they shouldn't. I then tried draping a mesh over some contours. This method seemed to work better but the surface created is a grid pattern. So I am not sure which is more accurate and how to control the TIN command.
What method do other Datacad users use. Are there any tips or tricks for creating real world site models.
