If you open the Layer Manager while in the symbol editor, the Layer Manager name shows Symbol Layer Manager. If you close the symbol the Layer Manager name stays Symbol Layer Manager. If you open the Layer Manager in a drawing first, and then open a symbol, it doesn't change to Symbol Layer Manager, which is what I would guess is what is intended. I personally don't care if the name changes or not, whatever keeps the layer manager shakin' n bakin' works for me. It's been nice and speedy lately, thanks!
