Recently had an issue with DataCAD15 license validation and printer assignment.
How good is it when you get a prompt response, out of business hours, by the CEO of DataCAD, Mark Madura and follow up resolution of the problem by Mark Toce from Techsupport.
The problem stemmed from an over zealous anti-virus software. Resolved by moving DataCAD for Windows from High Restricted to Low Restricted in the anti-virus Applications settings.
