DataCAD Support Options
In order to provide you with the level of software maintenance and support that is right for your company, we now offer three distinct tiers of service for DataCAD.
Standard Support - Included with DataCAD Professional
The first tier is for customers who don't need priority technical support more than twice per year and don't plan to upgrade to the next major DataCAD release. After 30-days, technical support is provided on a pay-as-you-go basis, and bug fixes are free. Program enhancements are not included at this level.
Priority Service Plan - $150 per year or $15 per month
The second tier is for customers who require priority technical support more than twice per year, but don't plan to upgrade to the next major DataCAD release. The Priority Service Plan provides priority access to technical support, and bug fixes are free. Program enhancements are not included at this level.
DataCAD Subscription Edition - $300 per year or $30 per month
Our top tier offering, DataCAD Subscription Edition, provides the most cost-effective method of obtaining program enhancements and support for DataCAD. When you purchase the Subscription Edition, you'll receive priority technical support, bug fixes, and periodic enhancement updates. You'll have first access to new features, and you'll receive the next major upgrade of DataCAD at no additional charge if your subscription is current on the date of release.
