I'm very much appreciating the Mirror tool we got a while back that lets you rotate the mirror line 90 degrees about the center of the current line! This lets you mirror and copy something between building elevations, by picking a horizontal line between the appropriate wall planes. Pick/snap - F0 Add 90 Ctr and then select the entities, saving you a lot of steps.
