Got this one from Josh Huggins a long time ago: Create a toolbar button for preference settings setup. This sets up everything the way it is in my default drawing. The code below may or may not match the comments below that because I may have changed it in the past without updating the comments.
This is the first button I hit when opening an old drawing or one from someone else.
