Layer manager will not open, any suggestions on how I can get it back?

(I was having computer/monitor problems and have not seen it since the issues)

Try holding down either the shift or Ctrl-Shift when you try to open it. I think this reset's it back to the default position.

Roger is correct, holding down the [Shift]+[Ctrl] keys while invoking the Layer Manager will force it to open in its default position.

[Shift]+[Ctrl] did not help me open the Layer Manager - any other suggestions?

You can try opening DcadwinDialogs.gui (in the Support Files folder) in Notepad and deleting the [LyrMgr] section. If you don't want to try messing with it, email it to us and we'll have a look at it.
