Topic Title

This has happened to me before, but I can't remember what caused it. When inserting windows in the first floor walls, all is well. When inserting windows in the second floor walls, without changing any settings, they won't cut in when the 2-windows layer is active. Trying different things, I can cut them in while the 2-walls layer is active, and then move them to the 2-windows layer, or , I found that if I toggled on "At Sill", they will cut when the 2-windows layer is active.
What am I missing here? Also, I have it set for Any Layer, but it doesn't work for 1 Layer either. Not a big deal, but I am confused.

probably z-heights are off.
When you copy 1st to 2nd floor layers, did you change or move z up 10'+/-?
Then set you current z to that height, and then start inserting windows?

Thanks Roger. I had changed the z settings for the walls, but not for the windows layer.
