Having issues opening files made on another Datacad 15 workstation on our network. The file previews, but then there is just a flash of an image on the screen and the file doesn't open. The same file can be opened on teh station on which it was made and on other workstations in the office. Any ideas?
Are they both up to date with the latest versions?

You are correct, it was a versioning problem. The 15.00.00.01 machine could not read files made on the 15.04.02.01 version. Problem solved.
