We have typical general notes that we have been using for a long time.
While they do have minor changes, i want to arrange them in paragraph form. I guess it was due to the way the text was entered. example (I select: change/text/contents/area; area=1-14. it starts at 14 instead of 1.)
is there a macro or a command that i can use to reformat the editing process in this situation?

Thank you.

You can re-group the text.

Go to Group (Alt+K),
Select each line of text by entity in the order they should edit. Right click out. Now when you edit it should start with the first line you picked.

Hope this helps. :)

If you are bringing the notes in from a symbol/template be sure to regroup them and then redefine the symbol. That way you will have them in the correct order each time you use them.

It is especially usefull to have the text entities in order when editing schedules. Saves time scrolling across the screen.
