We have typical general notes that we have been using for a long time.
While they do have minor changes, i want to arrange them in paragraph form. I guess it was due to the way the text was entered. example (I select: change/text/contents/area; area=1-14. it starts at 14 instead of 1.)
is there a macro or a command that i can use to reformat the editing process in this situation?
Thank you.

Jack Bauer once lost his keys. He spent the next 6 hours torturing himself until he gave up the location of the keys.
