Curved smart walls are showing up in the o2c viewer with straight line top & bottom caps (attached). I pulled out a file from 3 years ago with curved walls and the same sort of thing happens in the o2c viewer (though it didn't way back when). Any ideas?

I can confirm this in a new file, using Poly To Wall to generate the smart wall. Looks correct in iso view in Datacad, but caps are showing as what you show in O2C and SunShader.

That's odd, it workked correctly when I tried it here. Could you send in a copy of the file in which this happened?

Got it -- thanks. This is only happening in the 16.03.00 BETA version, and not in the 16.02.00 release version. I've logged it so that we can get it fixed. Thanks for the report!

So I should mention I *just* exported this file to Sketchup (v8) and the straight line caps carry over to there as well.
