Color Palette Changes

if Store In Drawing=TRUE then use the updated info to update the embedded palette (not sure if this happens now actually since we don't use the embedded palette here).
or
if Store In Drawing=False then prompt "Do you want to Save Changes?" before closing the dialog and loosing the changes. Please
