To all,

I had DataCAD file recovery problem this morning from a project that I was working on last night. I probably shouldn't have left my PC to auto shut down & leave it till this morning to re-start.

Anyway High Praise goes to:-

What an AMAZING service DataCAD delivers when things go pear shaped.

Forever grateful,

Over & out,

I most definitely agree with you Clayton. I have not had many drawing files turn up their toes over the years, but when they do, the service from Tech Support, and Mark Toce is fantastic. Out here, in the antipodes, the service is overnight. You send the corrupted file off in the evening, have a full and satisfying night's sleep, an lo, and behold, a repaired file is awaiting you in the morning when you check your email.

Yes - top marks to Tech Support
