Hello all. I have recently decided to make to jump to DataCad 17. I purchased last night and received an email today from Mark Toce with a link and directions to get the software and get it installed. I have the Download Manager installed on my laptop and when I run it I get an hourglass for quite some time and then it tells me that the "Download Helper Professional has stopped working". Nothing I do seems to make any difference. Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks Dave. Apparently it had something to do with the filters on the network I was logged onto. It worked fine and loaded first try on my network at home.
