I cannot snap to Xrefs....Any line within Touch....(Certian File Only)

LYRSCH toggled ON
Xref LYR is not Locked (Not even the LYRS in Xref)
LYRSNAP and Search Hatch in DISPLAY Menu is Toggled on
My SNAP Selections are toggled on END POINT, MID POINT CENTEREtc. (F2-F8 and even F0)

And my Mouse is Fine.....

However is does display
"No Entity found to Satisfy Current Object Snap Settings"

What am I doing wrong??? Arggghhhh!!!!

You might want to check Object Snap menu and verify that your Fast Sym (Fast Symbol Snapping) "S3" is turned off. The other problem may be that if you are snapping to a "dashed" or "dotted" line and you snap on a void you will get the message you encountered, turn on/off the "user line" and try snapping.
